We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner to support our Americas region as well as our global Engineering and Software functions. This role is a trusted, fun and integral part of the leadership team, and will consult, coach and collaborate on people and culture, and will provide a sensational employee experience! Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as the HR Business Partner for our Additive Engineering & Software functions, which includes a global partnership with leadership team on all people related topics
  • Develop and evolve the global organization design, defining people strategies, and coaching your clients to build contemporary leadership skills and maximize team performance
  • Partner with local leadership teams to establish the right operating rhythms and metrics to support business growth
  • Serve as the Employee Relations Lead and HRM for the Americas and as the Strategic HR Partner to the site HR teams in the Americas.
  • Lead the strategy around employee experience and employee relations in the region, including creating and implementing HR standards, practices and policies
  • Provide advice and counsel on Talent and Skills Management, including anticipating new capabilities needed as well as transferring existing knowledge seamlessly
  • Ensure the right learning opportunities and rewards are provided to motivate the skill building required to grow the business - leverage projects, gigs, L&D, new roles, etc. to develop these skills
  • Assess talent to understand capability gaps and apply the right performance development to fill the gaps
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 8+ years' experience in HR in a global, matrixed company with roles of increasing responsibility
  • Business fluent in English
