Job Description Summary The primary role of this individual will be to plan, create and support the integrations and configurations of Kronos Work Force Central. Individual will report to the WFC Product Owner and develop the architecture needed to evolve and support the application. This is a technical role to develop operational excellence of the application.

Essential Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Develop, create, and maintain Work Force Central integrations and configurations

• Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer needs and associated outcomes

• Assist in future architecture designs and builds

• Partner with DT and functional stakeholders to help define and align product strategy to business needs

• Partner with other GE business to share and leverage future solutions

• Ensure operational excellence of application, including outcomes, velocity, voice of customer, cost, etc.

• Stay current with market trends, enabling technologies, and business digital strategy

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and major, complex products

• Own the execution plans for sites and deliver on the promised dates

• Demonstrate expert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity

• Work with the appropriate site focals to understand enhancements and bug fixes that need to be prioritized

• Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer and our products roadmap to minimize total cost of ownership while maximizing value realization

• Act as L3 support for Work Force Central, as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development / information technology / product management function

Desired Characteristics

• Experience with supply chain and manufacturing processes and specifically with Kronos systems

• Working knowledge of Agile and product management principals

• Demonstrated ability to balance value propositions for competing stakeholders

• Dynamic leader & strong team player able to work well in matrixed organization
