Quality Engineering for the Part to Print team. This role is a key member of the team completing cell deep dives in the Lynn Component Manufacturing shops. The QE will lead reviews on part history, data, coordinate obtaining product data as required and long-term recording.
Review part history & Open Actions (CIDs, QEMs, MRB, Findings, orange folder, FAI, etc.)
Review S-043/S500 to Print
Identify Unaccounted for Characteristics
Populate FAI Data from Existing Data & coordinate completion of FAI Data
Develop eCAV plan
Review Characteristic Accountability & Procedural Compliance
Review data collection (QC calc, QC gage)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Quality.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
