Essential Responsibilities:
•Provide support in all HR administrative activities as required (employee-related documents, benefits administration, new hires and termination tracking, etc)
•Update and administer employee and recruitment databases
•Assist with recruiting, on-boarding process and various employee events
•Have the opportunity to work on exciting projects on talent management and employee experience
•Assist with design, development, implementation and evaluation of various HR Programs
•Drive improved employee engagement and brand awareness,
•System updates & documentation
•Develop at least one lean project to increase our services efficiency
•Preferably digital savy, experience in coding
Qualifications/Requirements:
•A genuine interest in Human Resources Management
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent command of written and spoken English
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Min 3-4 days availability per week
•Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
