Reporting to the Business Support Manager, theProduct Owner / Business Support Executivewill ensure allIT development projectsare completed effectively, on time, within budget and achieve the intended business objectives.

AsE-commerce Product Owner,you will act as aninterface between business units, developmentandsupport teamswhilst establishing strong relationships around the internal organisation. You will collaborate with keybusiness stakeholdersto understand theiraspirations,define clearacceptance criteriaand facilitate the estimation,backlog maintenance,sprintplanningandsprint executionprocesses. You will also ensure that all work being carried out aligns with theCommercial requirements of the business.

You will ensure all team members are fully aware of their duties and timescales throughout the project lifecycle, whilst continually providing progress reports to the business.

You will have experience working with anAgiledevelopment team including the definition ofuser storiesincluding the breakdown of epic level stories. You will also facilitate and participate in the daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective meetings. In addition, you will assist with the testing of bug fixes and software releases.

The successful candidate willhaveexperience of working as aProduct Owner. You willhaveexcellent communication, bothwrittenandverbal, with the ability to engage andcommunicatewithtechnicalandnon-technical stakeholdersat all levels.

Familiarity withMicrosoft Team Foundation Serverfor backlog maintenance and sprint delivery would be beneficial.
