Reporting to the Customer Operations Duty Manager, the Customer Operations AdministrationSupport Coordinator will work as part of the Customer Operations Team for both Jet2 .com and Jet2holidays.

As a Customer Operations Administration Support Coordinator you will be responsible for the implementation and monitoringof the company audit procedures along with internal policies. You will also be a point of contact for all base queries on a day to day basis, and will be involved providingsupport and training on systems, procedures anddangerous goods.. Another aspect of the role is the coordination of disruptive passenger reports; ensuring all information is accurately logged and communicated to the business and customers that are affected, this will also include calling disruptive passengers to inform them of any sanctions that have been issued to them.This role also involves reportingaccurate MI to the wider business.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working for an airline and/or tour operator, in a customer and/or operational environment and have up to date knowledge of relevant airline operations and customer service legislation. Confidentdecision making abilitiesand excellent communication skills are a must, along with a genuine passion for delivering a VIP customer experience. You will possess strong team working skills with the ability to support others and be processorientated.

The hours worked will be Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 but may also involve travel/work away from base and weekend working when required.
