Working within our dynamic Contact Centre at Holiday House, Leeds city centre, the Jet2holidays Customer Operations Duty Manager will be responsible for supervising our 24/7 Operations Department for Jet2holidays, delivering the highest standards in customer service and problem-solving to all our customers whilst in resort, ensuring we do all we can to support our customers around the clock on their Jet2holiday.

The Jet2holidays Customer Operations Duty Managerwill also beresponsible for the effective communication, and potential coordination of any incident to the wider Jet2holidays business, which includes crisis management situations.

As the Jet2holidays Customer Operations Duty Manager, you will manage, coach and develop a team of Customer Operations Controllers and Coordinators, with a strong emphasis on service excellence. Working closely bothinternal and external customers, your role will also involve empowering your teamto positively impact the customer experience, whatever the situation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating others in a management or supervisory role, ideally with solid experience working for a tour operator. Solution focused and resilient, you must be able to demonstrate up to date knowledge of the legislation surrounding tour operations as well as the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing requirements. Effective decision making and effectivecommunication skills are pivotal to the success of this role. As this is a 24/7 operation the shift pattern will include unsociable hours -you must be flexible to meet the demands of the business.
