Role Summary:
The On Wing Support Tech-QTC will provide quick-turn aircraft engine maintenance and repair services for GE LEAP Engine.
In this role, you will provide engine troubleshooting, line maintenance and module level maintenance while developing positive relationships with customers through outstanding customer awareness. This position will report to Lead Production Supervision Specialist
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership for and follow through on full scope of work tasks and projects
  • Inform and Focus the needs of customers
  • Build customer relationships through good communication skills and understanding of customer
    perspectives

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in repair of Military or Commercial Aircraft or Engine strongly required
  • Eligibility Requirements : Korea (Issued by Transportation Safety Authority) or US (FAA) Airframe and Power plant Mechanic (A&P) license
  • Ability to work night shift, as required

Desired Characteristics:
  • Approach work with a "can-do" attitude and a sense of commitment to both team and customer
    objectives
  • Strong communication skills and problem solving ability are a must
  • Possess a desire to learn and grow with advances in technology
    CF34, CFM56, LEAP, CF6, GE90 and GEnx experience
  • Line maintenance, module removal & installation, module disassembly & assembly or LRU removals and
    installations
  • Borescope Inspection Experience in repair of Military or Commercial engines
    Machining or Welding Experience in repair of Commercial Aircraft or engines
  • Demonstrated quality, compliance and customer satisfaction skills
  • Experience in repair of large commercial engines
