Reporting to theSenior Ecommerce Business Analysis & Product Owner Manager. The Product Owner Manager will be responsible for the Product Owner team within Jet2's Ecommerce function. In this exciting position, you will have ownership of this large team, driving out best practice and line management of the team. You'll bring experience, drive and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Line management of Ecommerce Product Owner team
  • Provide coaching and development
  • Own the relationship with Analytics and data teams
  • Support senior management with project status reports.
  • Own Ecommerce product team ways of working and processes
  • Own the resource management for PO's across a large portfolio of projects.
  • Lead recruitment of PO's working with our internal recruitment team and 3rd party agencies.
  • Support large initiatives

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience of line management within a Product Owner function.
  • Evidence implementing product management best practice.
  • Experience of working within Agile development teams working with Business Analysts, Development, Test, Scrum Masters, Analytics, UX, and UI
  • Familiarity with an array of backlog management tools.
  • Evidence of using analytics and data to drive decisions.
  • Previous experience of working for travel or technology organisations.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • You will have previous experience of coordinating multiple projects.

This position is Leeds based but you could be expected to work across our Sheffield office.
