Role Summary:

As Quality Engineer (m/f/d) you'll ensure that our products and services provide a high level of quality that meets customer expectations by developing and maintaining systems, rules and processes. You will work in a big International company with High-Tech developed products in an innovative environment..
Essential Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing quality management systems, and establishing and executing project quality plans and quality records
Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled to enlarge customer satisfaction and profitability
Ensuring customer Feedback of Experience are taken into account in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually upgrade execution processes
Liaising and working with internal and external stakeholders, managers and staff members to resolve quality issues and coordinate procedures to address any deficiencies
Analyzing, identifying and implementing process improvements which will enhance capability and performance
Ensuring control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained
Undertaking special projects and contributing to continuous improvement activities as part of a cross-functional team
Specifying needs, communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of research
Qualifications/Requirements:
Profound experience in a high-tech oriented manufacturing/development environment in Quality Engineering positions
Eloquent oral and written communication skills and fluency in German and English
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge / experience
