Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, our Customer Service Advisors are responsible for all pre travel communications with our Jet2 .com and Jet2holidays customers.

As a valued Customer Service Advisor within our fun and friendly Contact Centre, you will play an essential role in delivering a VIP customer experience in every interaction you have with our customers.

You will receive a wide range of enquiries from our customers regarding their holiday or flight only bookings, such as amendments, cancellations or payments. Predominantly working over the phone, with a focus on getting it right first time, you will ensure that our customers receive a full and accurate resolution to their enquiry in a friendly and professional manner.

We do not require any specific work experience for the role as you will undergo a fantastic 3 week induction programme, if successful. However, you will need to be self-motivated and a team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Priding yourself on your organisational and communication skills, along with a flexible approach to your working hours, you will also have outstanding attention to detail.

The start date for this role is the 10th February. Our shifts are offered on a fixed shift basis as follows: Monday, Tuesday,Thursday and Friday 09:30am - 6:30pm & Saturday 9am - 6pm.
