The Flight Operations Technical Manager will play a key role in developing and maintaining a systemised change management ethos, acting as the primary point of contact for change management within the Flight Operations Technical team. Working closely with the General Manager - Flight Operations Technical, you will also help facilitate and project manage the introduction of new Aircraft types and technology updates to the Jet2 .com Fleet and its supporting systems. The Flight Operations Technical Manager will also ensure that all our iPad centric eFB processes are robust, up to date and help maintain a safe, efficient and regulatory approved operation.
The successful candidate will have experience in change management and project planning, preferably Mobile Device Management (MDM) too, ideally but not essentially gained within an Airline or similar environment. You will be able to manage multiple competing deadlines, delivering in a fast paced and constantly changing environment. A meticulous eye for detail and proactive approach are key to the success of this role. You will also have the ability to manage a Team of technical experts.
