Role Summary:
Primarily the candidate will be responsible for the preparation of Avio Polska & Polonia Aero statutory financial statements under PAS ( Polish accounting principles); preparation of reporting package under IFRS , review and filing for Group purposes Stat and IFRS reports, Controllership support of centralized service teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Reporting package preparation under IFRS for Group & Statutory purposes
•Statutory Financial Statements preparation for Avio Polska and Polonia Aero
•Lead regular meetings and checkpoints with local and centralized service teams
•Provide accounting guidelines for to centralized service teams
•Provide control over activities performed by centralized service teams
•Lead the Stat to Gap reconciliation process
•Offer assistance on any complex or specific issues that arise, in order to ensure quality of the information submitted within the prescribed timetable and reduce the potential of errors and/or incomplete information
•Preparing consolidation entries
•Communication across Finance teams of Group policy guidance and related financial impacts
•Support external auditors during Statutory and IFRS Audit
•Control the process of Statutory reporting filling according to Polish regulation
•Manage regular meetings with the board of statutory auditors
•Support multiple projects for system implementation and process improvement led by Controllership Team and Tax Team
•Support Controllership Team for accounting matter
Qualifications/Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent knowledge or equivalent knowledge or work experience
•Consolidated experience in industrial multinational environment and/or big 4 audit firms
•Deep knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and Polish accounting standards (PAS)
•Experience in consolidation accounting and statutory financial statements preparation
•Willing to travel for short period
•EU Work Permit
•English fluency;

•Clear communication skill - ability to articulate problems and solutions at different levels
•Strong interpersonal skills and experience of managing relationships in a complex matrix environment
•Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines
•Basic knowledge of US general accepted accounting principles
•Fluent English
•Advance computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
•ERP systems knowledge (SAP/Oracle) and experience in implementing company policies
