Role Summary:
As a Lead Integrated Master Scheduler, you will execute planning and scheduling activities supporting the Improved Turbine Engine Engineering & Manufacturing Development program. This role will play a critical role in the monitoring schedules throughout the design and testing and other critical stages of the engine program. This role provides the opportunity to hone project management skills and present to leadership teams.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Support the Integrated Master Schedule Leader in developing and implementing best practices and standard work scope templates to enhance efficiencies in program execution
  • Create and maintain program integrated master schedules for T901 engine programs
  • Work directly with assigned Engineering Account Management team and mentor on best scheduling techniques
  • Monitor schedules for compliance within regulated guidelines
  • Support monthly customer program reviews and monthly deliverable reports
  • Help develop and implement best practices and processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Management)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Operations

Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience with Open Plan Scheduling tool or equivalent critical path management tools
  • Basic understanding of the critical path management process
  • Experience with creating export files to EVM (Earned Value Management) tools such as Cobra
  • Analytical and energetic nature, driven desire for efficient process control
  • Teaming and communication skills across organizations
  • Proven successful experience working in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and motivated to learn and teach
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects / initiatives
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Demonstrated experiences managing complex program requirements
