Role Summary:
The T901 Integrated Master Schedule Team Leader will lead all planning & scheduling activities supporting the Improved Turbine Engine Engineering & Manufacturing Development contract. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of program proposals, development & management of program integrated master schedules for current / future contracts, integration with Earned Value Management team and Engineering Control Account Managers and technical management of T901 schedulers
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Support the Program Director in developing and implementing best practices and standard work scope templates to enhance efficiencies in program execution
  • Lead the T901 IMS team to create and maintain program integrated master schedules for T901 engine programs
  • Work directly with Engineering CAM's to execute recurring required statusing
  • Work directly with EVM Finance team to meet all USG customer EVM cost and schedule reporting requirements
  • Promote and build a close-knit working environment with the Engineering and the EVM Finance teams
  • Support monthly customer program reviews and monthly deliverable reports
  • Help develop and implement IMS best practices and processes to improve efficiency
  • Provide leadership for IMS support
  • Mentor new schedulers

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Aviation, Engineering or related field)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Engineeering environment (Including Scheduling experience on DoD aerospace contracts)
    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT(S):
