Tasks

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of Aeroxchange platform within the company
  • Collaborate closely with our procurement community to reveal insights and potentials
  • Support the implementation of new function as part of a dedicated functional team
  • Conduct discussions with Suppliers in regards to the platform
  • Manage the application from a functional and user perspective for Corporate Procurement
  • Align data provision with the different teams
  • Support continuous improvement of the processes by exploring the possibly of the platform
  • Working in a cross-functional team including direct interaction with our IT department and Corporate Procurement
  • Develop and lead digital and procurement projects and change management activities
  • Having different responsibilities in terms of process optimizations
  • Close work with SAP expert

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:
  • University degree (Bachelor / Master) in Economics, Information Technology or similar
  • Project management skills
  • Business Intelligence skills
  • Experience in data cleansing, enrichment and transformation
  • Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • German language skills are an added advantage
  • Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
  • Strong analytical and conceptual mind set
  • Numeric skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Service orientation
  • Strong technical knowledge to drive automation
