On Holiday Customer Support Advisor

Where you'll be working:

You will be part of our Holidays Operations Centre team based in the easyJet holidays Control Centre in Luton. We are there for our customers 24/7/365 and provide a world class service to our customers from the moment they touch down in one of our beach or city destinations across Europe. We are a fast-paced contact centre, and we offer customer care and problem solutions via telephone and other digital platforms.

We work seasonal contracts for 8 months each year (March-October). We also work on a shifts on a rota-basis.

What you'll be doing:

You will provide exceptional levels of customer care on in bound calls. Our aim is to resolve queries and complaints in the first contact to ensure our customers are always having the best holiday possible.

You will be dealing with challenges, assisting with emergency situations, and protecting the welfare of all easyJet holidays customers. We'll give you fantastic ongoing training which will enable you to feel empowered to offer solutions, and you'll receive constant support from our team of Duty Managers.

There is some administration work involved too, such as accurately maintaining our systems, and from time-to-time you may be allocated additional tasks which will help us drive continuous improvement and ways of working.

Our customers are always at the heart of everything we do, and we will welcome your suggestions for streamlining processes, increasing efficiency, or improving ways of working.

What you'll bring to the team:

We are looking for people who love working with customers. You'll have previous experience of working in a fast paced and demanding customer service environment (this doesn't necessarily have to be from a contact centre), but you'll need to be confident dealing with stressful situations and resolving conflicts on the telephone.

We are looking for people with strong verbal/telephone skills, compassionate and understanding attitudes, and the ability to multi-task. We work at pace and handle a high-volume of calls which means we need to work to targets and KPI's

Our On Holiday Support Advisors work seasonal contracts for 8 months of year (March-October). We also work on a rota of 5 on/5 off/4 on, 5 off/5 on/4 off basis. The role is based on-site at our HQ near to Luton Airport.
