  • Maintain existing agreements and extend commercial relationship with OTAs & MSEs
  • Acquisition of new XML partners in order to increase the online sales revenue.
  • Identify and explore new revenue streams, developing new business opportunities
  • Take part actively in projects related to NDC
  • Review and provide feedback on airline contracts and liaise with the organisation's legal team to formulate contracts following the company's legal governance
  • Monitor and analyse all sales performance of existing partners and create reports for driving sales strategies
  • Plan, implement and execute online sales driving activities and best practices (revenue maximizing) established by working collaboratively with other departments
  • Identify and analyze OTA & MSE business needs and translate them into business requirements and value-added solutions for the roadmap
  • Responsible for the commercial part of the connectivity systems including the strategy, implementation and testing
  • Deliver online sales projects that enable business growth to achieve strategic goals and objectives

  • Analytical and technical in nature which requires a thorough understanding of all systems used to connect to the third party partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and team skills
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving and project management skill
  • Academic degree in business administration, economics, IT or comparable
  • Minimum three years professional experience in e-commerce/ distribution system/ digital field that includes developing and supporting online sales strategies
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications, CMS, Software Process Analysis and Google Analytics
  • Good understanding about online travel agencies (OTAs), metasearch engines (MSEs), online distribution channels, XML interfaces (NDC in particular), marketing and project management
  • Very good English knowledge (spoken and written), German, Turkish is advantageous
  • High level of self-responsibility, targeted way of working and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, constantly changing, and challenging business environment
