> Doubled the size our team
> Been named one of the Best Workplaces in Travel
> Reached a milestone 1.1 million customers in our first full year of trading and
> Become the fastest growing UK tour operator
We're an ambitious bunch and we don't intend on stopping here. We want to lead the industry, making sustainable travel affordable and accessible to everyone and to do this we're building remarkable teams with modern ways of working. That's where you come in! Join us as Digital Product Owner and help create brilliant holiday experiences for our customers.
Where will you be working?
You'll be joining our award-winning Digital team and reporting into the Senior Digital Experience Manager. The Digital team is made up of Product, Merchandising, Analytics and Acquisition, and our purpose is all about giving customers a great experience when they come online. It's our job to drive traffic to the website through different channels, convert that traffic, and ensure customers can do everything online from buying extras, getting help or planning their holiday .
What will you be doing?
We have created 2 new vacancies for Digital Product Owners to join us and support our continued growth.
The EU Product Owner will support the planning, build and launch of easyJet holidays into new European markets, and the Post-Booking Product Owner will support the ongoing developments of the post-booking customer experience.
As a Product Owner, you'll use your extensive product experience to advise the business and leading digital customer experience for easyJet holidays customer groups.
In either role, you'll act as Digital team ambassador to recommend, shape and deliver a compliant and market leading online customer experience, and be the key liaison point between business and tech stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into market leading online experiences. Using a mixture of customer insight, analytics, usability/MVT results and best practice knowledge you'll recommend, prioritize, shape and deliver improvements. You'll work with external agencies and internal resources to manage translations and create an effective, scalable process and drive a programme of continuous improvement to optimise and enhance usage & customer experience.
You'll maintain a pipeline of development priority improvements and work closely with Business Analysts to drive the requirements and deliver clear, concise UX requirements.
What will you bring to the team?
We are looking for experienced Product Owners, Product Managers or Business Analysts, ideally from an e-commerce, Travel, Leisure or Retail background.
If you're applying for the EU Product owner, we'd like you to have knowledge or experience of delivering products across European markets, including experience with translation processes, data policies and payment methods, and although not an essential requirement - we'd love it if you can speak additional languages (German, French especially).
If you're applying for the Post-Booking Product Owner, we're looking for somebody who has experience of, and is obsessed with, Customer Satisfaction measures such as CSAT.
We'd like people who have extensive experience with Google Analytics or other data platforms, and with content management systems such as Sitecore, and you'll have knowledge of development techniques such as SCRUM, Agile & Waterfall.
You'll have the ability to translate complex business processes into simple online customer experience, and to deliver UX/eCommerce improvements, working with 3 rd party UX agencies, BA's and Development Teams, and liaising with multiple business stakeholders throughout.
What's in it for you?
In addition to your competitive base salary, you'll qualify for our company wide bonus scheme which could see you earning up to an additional 20% on top of your base each year. We'll also contribute 7% towards your pension. You'll have access to a variety of share options (BAYE, SAYE, Performance Shares) and life assurance
