We're currently doubling the size of our Customer and Marketing team and we're looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our UK Marketing Team to focus on our easyJet Holidays business.

The easyJet Holidays marketing team leads the development of the package holidays marketing strategy. The team works closely with areas in Marketing and Holidays including CRM, PR, E-commerce, Social, Performance Marketing & Partnerships.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing for easyJet Holidays, owning UK holidays specific campaigns to support brand and commercial objectives across all channels including Owned, Social, Digital, Press, TV, Radio and OOH.

We work flexibly at easyJet with one day based at our Luton Airport offices, with the rest from home.

JOB PURPOSE
  • Support the delivery of the UK marketing strategy and plan for easyJet holidays, ensuring a cohesive plan across both flights and holidays
  • Supporting the Head of Marketing - Holidays, to deliver trading and brand KPIs for the UK holidays market through best-in-class strategy, planning and execution across all channels
  • Support the Head of Marketing - Holidays, with stakeholder management across the holidays organisation, ensuring the marketing strategy delivers to organisational and commercial needs.
  • Build ways of working and relationships to ensure cohesiveness across the UK flights and marketing plan ensuring they mutually support each whether joint or stand-alone activity.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • End-to-end management of UK holidays specific campaigns to support brand and commercial objectives across all channels including Owned, Social, Digital, Press, TV, Radio and OOH.
  • Weekly management of holidays owned channels communications, including briefing teams on homepage, email, and social activations based on trading priorities.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to deliver an effective customer marketing programme which delivers to commercial and brand needs for holidays. Build a roadmap of increasingly sophisticated and personalised communications to benefit the business.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing - Holidays to relationship manage key teams within the holidays business and ensure the marketing strategy delivers to business needs
  • Work with the UK Marketing Executive - Flights, UK Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing - Holidays, to build a cohesive marketing plan for the UK market. Ensure activity mutually reinforces and supports both flights & holidays propositions, whether joint or stand-alone activity.
  • Work on cross-functional projects with the rest of the holidays team that support our commercial or brand objectives including influencer marketing activations, events, experiential and sponsorship.
  • Own the cross-functional marketing calendar for holidays, integrating all above-the-line and below-the-line activity
  • Support the holidays trade team with B2B marketing in trade publications and websites. Manage the trade marketing budget in coordination with the Head of Marketing - Holidays and Head of Trade.
  • Manage the UK media and creative agencies to deliver campaign activity to deadlines
  • Lead the post-campaign review process to analyse campaign results and embed lessons learnt for continual campaign improvement. Work with our customer insights team, analytics team and measurement suppliers to ensure robust measurement of campaigns.
