Tasks

Business Analyst (m/f/diverse) analyzes and describes the business processes of the clients in the area of Operations Control and takes over the following tasks:
  • Requirement analysis with the client, development and coordination of requirement models, mapping of requirements to the NetLine/Ops++ product
  • Responsibility for a customer-oriented solution that advances the NetLine/Ops++ product and is consistent with NetLine/Ops++ and other Lufthansa Systems products
  • Modeling of the functional use cases/business processes
  • Supporting the project manager (m/f/diverse) in the implementation of NetLine/Ops++ for new and existing customers
  • Preparation of cost & user analyses
  • Conducting trainings for customer

The challenging world of Operation Control
All data relevant to the operational status of an airline converge in the Ops Control Center. NetLine/Ops ++ helps to run through prerequisites corrective actions in current flight operations and to make the best decisions.

Requirements

You are characterized by intercultural competence & high affinity to IT and complex software products and bring the following points:
  • Completed relevant study, ideally business informatic or similar, or completed relevant vocational training with several years of professional experience
  • Process knowledge, especially in the area of Operations Control desirable
  • Knowledge of the NetLine/Ops++ product desirable
  • Willingness to assume responsibility and ability to develop proposals ready for decision-making, taking into account corporate and economic principles
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness as well as service and customer orientation
  • High level of competence in user-oriented problem analysis and solution as well as in requirement engineering
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at the customer's location
  • Very good written and spoken German desirable
