Tasks

  • Own the product roadmap, product vision, and backlog for the Production Planning team in close collaboration with the development team and internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive the digital transformation in the operative planning-, work assignment-, and resource optimization aspects and shape our product AMOS for the future needs of the aviation industry - for line-, base-, and shop work
  • Be able to recognize, understand, and adopt relevant industry trends and build a product strategy, recognized as benchmark in the aviation industry
  • Gather business requirements, develop and document use cases in close cooperation with our clients and partners and establish a strong network in the aviation industry
  • Support implementation projects and pre-sales activities as a business expert

Requirements
  • Degree in aviation, production engineering, information technology or comparable industry experience
  • Experience in planning-, production-, or resource management processes, ideally in aircraft maintenance or other comparable industries
  • Structured work approach, analytical skills, conceptual thinking, ability to understand and optimize human interaction with complex IT systems and transform customer needs into industry leading solutions
  • Strong analytical skills, self- driven and the ability to work in an agile environment together with development team, internal and external stakeholders and assume accountability for the product
