Contract Manager IT / Application Service Manager (m/f/d)

You are the expert in creating and managing customer communication documents, drive bug fixes and are the first point of contact for our development and operational teams.
- Gather legal and business requirements for all Customer Onboarding-related processes and create user stories
- Refine and implement requirements related to communications or complex documents in the Customer Onboarding
- Assist in the analysis and assessment of business objectives and support the agile development team in shaping the product vision and formulating product features
- Create test plans and execute functional and user acceptance tests
- Grow together with the team and take responisbility for other contracting-related areas along the process

Requirements
- Experience in Agile environment/methodology
- Experience in designing complex documents in Microsoft Word
- Experience with using XpertDoc, X-Author, Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Salesforce
- Experience in requirements analysis, software testing & test documentation
- Experience in Jira / Confluence
- Interest in product structuring and pricing
- Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem solving
- Ability to develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions
- Highly self-motivated and high degree of flexibility
- Fluent in English written and spoken is a must, German a plus
