Quality Management Specialist (Inspector)

- Perform technical inspections of aircraft engine assemblies (PW4000, PW1100G-JM, CFM56 & LEAP) on schedule
- Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts
- Request and execute engine modifications
- Technical and administrative completion of all assigned activities in accordance with applicable regulations
- Control of executed modifications on single parts and assemblies
- Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work
- Application of Lean Six Sigma (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Continuous improvement of the processes to be executed with the aim of improving quality and safety
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating equipment (resources)
- Independent work, as well as economic way of thinking and acting
- Completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship
- Independent, precise and responsible working style
- Good team and communication skills
- Good health condition, able to work under pressure
- Self-responsible and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of MS Office. SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English, written and spoken (level B1)
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts
