Tasks

Steering and Monitoring:
  • Ensure the competitive product positioning of the LH Group across all markets including definition, evaluation and prioritization of market and customer requirements towards RM departments
  • Deliver consolidated market intelligence findings and trends for RM and Sales departments
  • Proactively identify business opportunities in the market and convert them into substantial business cases in collaboration with the respective Sales and RM departments
  • Work in an agile community across the RM and Sales streams, steer and structure the future pricing product needs while clearly articulating the customer view and possible solution
  • Setup, coordinate and continuously review a seamless communication process of all relevant RM, customer and Sales information to stakeholders
  • Continuous evaluation of benchmarks and competitor analysis
  • Creation, review and optimization of distribution lists and sharing of relevant pricing information to all markets in the respective GM region

Requirements

You have a broad knowledge of RM, pricing tools and processes and understand the Sales world and customer's needs. You substantiate your ideas with business cases to convince internal stakeholders. You have an entrepreneurial mindset always striving for the best customer-centric solution.
  • University degree (Master) in economics or equivalent
  • At least five years of professional experience in Pricing or RM departments
  • Self-Management, prioritisation and assertiveness skills
  • Customer-centric ways of working and thinking
  • Persuasiveness and stakeholder management skills
  • Conflict management and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Professional manners
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills, French is an asset
