Procurement Controller

In this role, your responsibilities and duties may include:
- Provide guidance and consulting to the management team regarding procurement targets (e.g. saving targets) and financial issues.
- Provide procurement reports / data analyses to the management team and customers (e.g. spend analysis, target costing, forecasts, KPI, benchmarks etc.).
- Develop calculation methods and monitoring systems.
- Identify and assess deviations, risks etc. and define counter measures.
- Prepare procurement benchmarks and calculate economical estimations.
- Support in other controlling related topics or special tasks.
- Support in designing of cross-corporate requirements for steering, measuring and optimizing processes.
- Assistance in definition and improvement of business and service processes.
*Perform other tasks defined by supervisor.

Requirements
The ideal Procurement Controller should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma/Master in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, IT, Management or Equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Controlling.
- Preferable experiences in Procurement (optional).
- Controlling skills.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Very good English (written and spoken) - min B2.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - min C1.
- Very good command of MS office and Windows applications.
- Working with computer.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
- Affinity for data / figures.
- Strong analytical and conceptual mindset.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong co-operation skills.
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work.
- Numeric skills.
- Fast learner.
- Customer-oriented.
- Interdisciplinary knowledge and interests.
