Duties include but not limited to:
- Maintenance and monitoring of document repositories in procurement and finance systems.
- Analyze and extract critical data from contractual documents.
- Ensure compliance within the process execution.
- Cooperation and support for various stakeholders and departments.
- Participation in projects and other improvement initiatives within the area of Contract Management.
- Providing ad-hoc and regular reports.
- Deliver training as and when required.
- Organize regular calls with the relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
The ideal Procurement Specialist (Contract Management) should meet the following requirements:
- Very good English (B2/C1) is a must.
- German language is an advantage (but not necessarly required).
- knowledge of contract management processes and tools is an advantage.
- Additional knowledge about procurement processes would be also an asset (but not necessarily required).
- Service and customer oriented.
- Solution-oriented.
- Strong co-operation skills.
- Highly independent and systematic approach to work.
- Analytical and conceptual mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills).
