Business Analyst and Project Leader (80-100%, all genders)

Tasks

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions as Business Analyst is your DNA. As a Project Leader you are responsible for projects and drive them to successful implementations for stakeholders of Lufthansa Group.

• Lead various kinds of IT Projects and IT Changes - Traditional and Agile
• Liaise with business and gather business requirements, create IT documents and transfer them into IT solutions in alignment with IT Security and IT Architecture teams
• Develop strategies and solutions for business processes in cooperation with relevant business units and IT management of Lufthansa Group
• Establish solution proposals and coordinate them with the stakeholders
• Ensure coordination between second and third-level support and/or provide third-level support for various IT applications / systems in coordination with the providers to internal stakeholders of Lufthansa Group
• Communicate with senior stakeholders with very high expectations and strictly focused on outcomes and deliverables

Requirements

• University or college degree or similar education preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Solid experience in Project Management, Agile product development and requirements engineering
• Experience in the Airline industry is an advantage
• Experience in one of these technologies HTML5, SQL, XML is an advantage
• Curious to analyze and challenge existing system behaviors and seek continuous improvements
• Excellent communications skills on all levels (up / down / peers / cross team)
• Good leadership skills, driving mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
• Ability to take responsibility and to stay focused on delivering according to plan
• High commitment and dedication
• Fluent in German and English(written and spoken)
