Product Delivery Manager NetLine (m/f/diverse)

The Scheduling Solutions Team at Lufthansa Systems is looking for a Product Delivery Manager (m/f/diverse). You will deliver services to our large customer base comprising the following major tasks:
- Ensure smooth operation for assigned services, products and customers
- Manage entire professional customer communication
- Act as liaison between the customer using the NetLine based scheduling solution and the application development
- Steer all stakeholders and manage providers to solve customer needs
- Ensure formulation of detailed solutions for change- and service requests in cooperation with the customer and relevant specialist departments including requirement analysis, cost estimation, communication, price negotiation
- Coordinate and support incident management as well as independently fulfil planning, execution and documentation of change- and service requests
- Perform product training sessions
- Support and participate in solution and service implementation projects

Requirements
You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. information technology) with at least 2 years of professional experience working at an airline or IT solution provider and bring the following skills:
- Ability to work with and configure complex IT products as well as interact with technically oriented teams
- Very good knowledge and experience in IT application customer service
- Very good communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness as well as a strong service and customer orientation
- Good knowledge and experience in IT application operations
- Ability to quickly learn how to configure and work with our software solutions to fulfill customer requirements
- High level of self-motivation, commitment, flexibility and interpersonal skills
- Strong in problem analysis and solving
- Confidence in appearance and ability to represent the company internally and externally
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, German is an asset
- Willingness to travel
