Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

As an Data Analyst you will use your technical skills to analyze data and report insights. You will enable more data-driven pocesses for Airplus customers and our own business.

• Supporting the design of an integrated data model for AirPlus
• Refine requirements and develop reports for internal and external users
• Plan and conduct analyses of internal and secondary data (regularly or ad hoc) to answer business trends and market related questions (e.g., product usage by customers, customer value, customer segmentation, fraud analysis)
• Generate ideas proactively for developing the business model Draft, develop and test BI-dashboard together with other business experts

Voraussetzungen

With a master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related subject, you should have strong passion for data, technology and finance. Your analytical thinking, communicative personality and hands-on mentality will be a true added value for our business.To achieve this, you should have practical experience in the following areas and tools:

• Strong SQL skill and reporting experience
• Solid attention to detail and strong evidence of decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in a German and English
• Exposure to payment transaction process would be a plus
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Knowledge of data warehousing, business intelligence and big data concepts, tools and terminologies such as Azure SQL DB, Spark
