You will drive the realization of the Digital Quality Assurance roadmap through delivery of targeted QA solutions and capabilities, following our agile collaboration model (SAFe).
- Define the digital Quality Assurance roadmap with objectives to increase the online NPS, increase efficiency & reduce servicing costs
- Develop and own the Quality Assurance processes & standards for the digital products, in close collaboration with different LHG Airlines Business Divisions, Providers and LHG IT, providing all time high quality integration support
- Manage and support Digital experience projects and streams from a quality assurance perspective, form necessary test strategies & plans and work towards the adoption of best agile testing practices, testing automation and DevOps practices
- Enable high quality continuous testing practices, provide transparency & KPIs on test effectiveness, and foster a culture of high delivery quality, productivity, and efficient risk management

Requirements
- Master degree (Business or IT) or equivalent through experience in a digital environment
- Strong leadership attitude in regards of team building & knowledge sharing
- Strong experience in taking on responsibility for tasks & work both independently and within multi-functional project teams that span multiple locations
- Strong ability to articulate & report progress, risks, issues and mitigation steps
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative & can deliver on time with a high level of integrity, flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
- Thorough understanding of how product usage impacts the customers, sense of urgency to resolve problems
- Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) best practices
