We're currently looking for a Schedule Strategy Planner to join the team based at Luton Airport.
Reporting to the Schedule Strategy Manager, you will lead easyJet's efforts to define its long-term scheduling strategy.
You will support the analysis and development of our schedule design for the next 2 - 5 years
You'll help transition our world-leading schedule into a comprehensive long-term strategy in a modern and efficient way, leveraging data driven processes and new tools.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build scenarios to explore structural schedule changes required to accommodate improved operational resilience, optimised commercial returns, crew efficiencies and asset utilisation
- Model Fleet scenarios and the impact on the Schedule
- Model the interaction of Procurement deals for future schedules
- Support Operational Teams through what-if schedules
- Build Schedules for different base scenarios and supporting NDF workstreams
- Integrate Schedule scenarios for acquisition opportunities
- Develop creative schedule solutions to improve long term schedule stability and overall profitability
- Support the team by working cross-functionally across the organisation, to create influence and ensure the schedule strategy is fully communicated and integrated into the business
