Tasks

The Crew Management Systems team develops & operates individual applications for the Lufthansa Group. As an IT Architect & Developer (m/f/divers) in this team you will be working at a central interface of corporate communications. In detail:

• Development of concepts for the further development of the CMS landscape together with the specialist departments
• Moderation of the requirements analysis & development of solution approaches with the Lufthansa departments
• Functional & technical support of the applications, including interfaces to other systems
• Takeover of Java-based development & operation within an agile developer team

Requirements

• Completed relevant studies or comparable international degree
• > 3 years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of Java development (backend/web) required

• Good knowledge of PLSQL is an advantage
• Knowledge of the agile tools Jira, Confluence, Git, BitBucket.
• Practical experience with agile development methods required (Scrum, Kanban)
• Very high motivation and initiative, as well as pronounced flexibility
• Very good communication skills, as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Good presentation skills of complex issues
• Very good written and spoken German and English (level B1 to B2)
