The Crew Management Systems team develops & operates individual applications for the Lufthansa Group. As an IT Architect & Developer (m/f/divers) in this team you will be working at a central interface of corporate communications. In detail:
- Development of concepts for the further development of the CMS landscape together with the specialist departments
- Moderation of the requirements analysis & development of solution approaches with the Lufthansa departments
- Functional & technical support of the applications, including interfaces to other systems
- Takeover of Java-based development & operation within an agile developer team

Requirements
- Completed relevant studies or comparable international degree
- > 3 years of professional experience
- Very good knowledge of Java development (backend/web) required
- Good knowledge of PLSQL is an advantage
- Knowledge of the agile tools Jira, Confluence, Git, BitBucket.
- Practical experience with agile development methods required (Scrum, Kanban)
- Very high motivation and initiative, as well as pronounced flexibility
- Very good communication skills, as well as strong customer and service orientation
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Good presentation skills of complex issues
- Very good written and spoken German and English (level B1 to B2)
