HR Administrator

In this role, your responsibilities and duties may include:
- General assistance as required by HR and Recruitment department.
- Respect privacy, confidentiality and all data protection elements.
- Supporting various HR and Recruitment activities and undertaking own projects/tasks where relevant.
- Assist with on-boarding employees and suggesting improvements.
- Updating policy, procedures and documents to ensure professional impression.
- Keep information on our intranet up to date.
- Answer questions, enquiries and directing employees to information.
- Issuing ID , Car Park Passes and/or eye care vouchers.
- Run reports for the department and distribute within the business.
- Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, booking rooms, to ensure a smooth process and professional experience.
*All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements
The ideal HR Administrator should meet the following requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent in English Language.
- Previous experience in a busy administrative position and having the ability to prioritise.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Team working experience.
- HR Information System /data base experience would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Efficient co-ordination skills.
- Professional.
- Confident.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Methodical, organised and flexible.
