Tasks

In this role, your responsibilities and duties may include:
  • General assistance as required by HR and Recruitment department.
  • Respect privacy, confidentiality and all data protection elements.
  • Supporting various HR and Recruitment activities and undertaking own projects/tasks where relevant.
  • Assist with on-boarding employees and suggesting improvements.
  • Updating policy, procedures and documents to ensure professional impression.
  • Keep information on our intranet up to date.
  • Answer questions, enquiries and directing employees to information.
  • Issuing ID , Car Park Passes and/or eye care vouchers.
  • Run reports for the department and distribute within the business.
  • Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, booking rooms, to ensure a smooth process and professional experience.

*All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

The ideal HR Administrator should meet the following requirements:
  • GCSE or equivalent in English Language.
  • Previous experience in a busy administrative position and having the ability to prioritise.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Team working experience.
  • HR Information System /data base experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Efficient co-ordination skills.
  • Professional.
  • Confident.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Methodical, organised and flexible.
