Tasks

Once you join our team as Line Maintenance Materials and Tooling Coordinator you will:

• Work with Line Maintenance team and central support functions to achieve an on-time tasks fulfillment at minimum logistics costs
• Screen requests for materials and tools and support their on-time delivery
• Act as an authorized storeman doing goods receiving inspection, parts and tools acceptance
• Perform parts shipping as per internal procedures and customers' instructions
• Present requested information to Line Maintenance team and to the customer representative
• Participate on team meetings and customer update meetings, take away action items, communicate with central services, customer, stores and tool crib
• Contribute to discussion on process improvement opportunities within his field of action
• Be responsible for warehouse and tooling processes and procedures in Line Maintenance store

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:

• Technical background, preferably university degree
• Good knowledge of other logistics processes (planning and purchasing, warehouse, transport)
• Excellent communication skills, Team spirit, sense of responsibility and very good interpersonal skills
• Strong personality, high assertiveness
• Able to handle high pressure situations
• Computer literate, preferably SAP knowledge
• Flexibility according to workload
• Ability to generate new ideas and identify potential for improvement
• Good English (both written and spoken)
