Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Being a competent support regarding various applications, mainly from P2P area.
  • Being open to changes in support range (diving deeper into specific applications).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Communicating and building a good relationship with our customers.
  • Acknowledge and resolving customer requests.
  • Cooperating with colleagues from team and other departments in order to provide the best service.


*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors.

Requirements

We are waiting for you if:
  • Your English is at min. B1 level.
  • You are ready to be a part of our great Customer Support team in Lufthansa.
  • You are keen to learn new things.
  • You have proactive, solution-oriented mindset and pay attention to details.
  • You are able to work in the team as well as independent.
