On Wing Support Global Planner

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:
- Develop engine shop quick turn schedules, across multiple 3rd party global sites to meet customer demands, drive material requirements, and proactively set levels of output
- Work with 3rd party Site Planners & Material Logistics coordinators to ensure deliveries meet customers' expectations
- Coordinate job issuance of 3rd party surge suppliers in support of customer deliveries
- Coordinate with Customer Service / Regional Support Director's to ensure customers' expectations are met
- Support customer teams in quoting and managing of workscopes,
- Support OWS, the product lines, and the revenue share partners with invoicing for quick turn shop visits; interface with the shops to provide accuracy
- Manage warranty and customer supplemental billing to ensure accurate and timely payment of engine invoices
- Perform Quoting, PO issuance, parts logistics and invoicing for OWS 3rd party field jobs
- Coordinate with site planners to create and manage Quick Turn proforma invoices
- Coordinate tooling requirements for field jobs in conjunction with Production Leader, Technicians, Materials, Tooling & Engineering teams
- Input shop and field workscope costs into SAP
- Answer invoice dispute questions and follow up on requested actions
- Maintain OWS training program
- Provide onsite support & guidance for customer lean events
- Provide AOG 24 x 7 call coverage as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Engine maintenance, trouble shooting, and assembly
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT(S):
- Ability and willingness to support calls during off-hours when emergency situations arise

- Experience in engine maintenance of large commercial engines
- Fluent in all Microsoft applications, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- SAP operating experience
