Payroll Administrator

As a member of the Payroll team you will deal with all employees & Managers on a daily basis. We cover all countries in which easyJet has a base - UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal & Spain.
Your main responsibility will be the day to day payroll process for UK; this will involve liaising with 3 rd party vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
- The role is pivotal in supporting the Payroll lead ensuring that the payroll is compliant and all entries are made in line with the agreed legislation of the country involved
- To assist in the resolution and the communication of payroll related queries providing excellent communication between key stakeholders & Payroll
- The work is structured around an agreed Payroll Calendar; it is supported through detailed processes, procedures and templates
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support Payroll Specialists in their day to day activities
- Load EIB files to Workday
- General payroll administration as required such answering queries in the case management system
- Help to drive consistency in quality across all countries and communities
- Complete transactions with pace and accuracy in line with the Payroll Timetable
- Self -manage workload to ensure that all processes are adhered to and prioritised within the payroll schedule
- End to end process ownership aligned to country legislation and compliance
- Ensuring all manual administration is accurately reported and peer checked within payroll schedule
- Assist in checking and correction of the payroll at trial stage
