Facility Maintenance Technician
United States
Duties include but not limited to:
- Perform or coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, in fields like electric, HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry and door locking/security systems with management and employees as necessary.
- Assist Engineering in installation and repair of test equipment and tooling as needed.
- Coordinate and manage facility projects related to shop or Engineering requirements.
- Move and relocate office furniture.
- Work independently on processes to manage preventive maintenance for facility equipment.
- Manage on-site vendor support.
- Responsible for identifying cost savings related to preventive maintenance and maintenance services.
*All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements
The ideal Facility Maintenance Technician should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma/ GED required.
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities required.
- English language required.
- Experience with facility maintenance and installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment required.
- Knowledge of electrical systems (buildings).
- Desirable Forklift driving experience required.
- MS office as user.
- Responsible of costs.
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
- Must be willing to work shifts.
- Assessment screening.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Constant time pressure.
- High stress levels.
- Lift up to 70 lbs.
- Outdoor weather conditions.
- Noise pollution.
