Job Description Summary We need experienced EHS Specialist, who will take care of our manufacturing site in Romania with approx. 220 employees. You will provide EHS guidance, analyze risks, investigate incidents, create reports and participate in EHS related trainings for employees.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide EHS guidance and oversight to ensure compliance to all applicable EHS Policies and legal requirements
- Ensuring the delivery of EHS performance in line with personal, team and functional goals and objectives, support the EHS Manager to deliver EHS strategic improvements
- Analyze EHS metrics weekly and monthly to discover trends and rationalize the allocation of resources to areas where the EHS risk is highest and implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury
- Investigate EHS related incidents, and support vendors in their risk assessment activities; complete internal and external incident reports
- Arranging, facilitating and contributing to worker consultation and participation; e.g. EHS committee meetings
Required Qualifications
- Must hold the qualifications necessary to work in an internal safety function in Romania
- Experience in safety and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
- Fluent in English and Romanian language

- ADR course - good to have
- Fire Prevention - good to have
- Civil Protection Course - good to have
