Tasks

Once you join our team as Administrative Coordinator you will:
  • Control the LPSM costs on a monthly basis and
    analyzes cost reports
  • Communicate actively with internal departments such
    as finance and various product divisions and monitors
    service payments
  • Develop performance and efficiency key figures
  • Provide active support with internal projects
  • Keep track of company assets and ensures availability
  • Organize and tracks trainings for LPSM employees.
  • Actively seeks further training opportunities
  • Arrange supplier visits
  • Boost team spirit and supports company culture and
    values by organizing team events
  • Organize facility related team duties
  • Act as a single point of contact for administrative
    requests

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:
  • University degree in business administration, economics or a
    relevant field, or equivalent business experience
  • Previous office administration experience is desirable
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluent English language. German
    language is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office. Emphasis on Excel and
    PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 or other ERP system is desirable.
  • Required soft skills: communication skills, assertiveness,
    persuasiveness, teamwork
  • Distinct cross-cultural competence
  • Self-driven individual with the ability to work well on his/her own
    initiative and in a team
  • Ability to properly prioritize
  • Willingness to take part in short - term assignments abroad
  • Availability to comply with the specific working time requirements
    to cover different time zones due to customer and supplier needs
