Tasks

• Examine customer journey-relevant data and suggest CRM communication channels & content
• Analyze existing data and automate processes with regards to segmentation and channel orchestration
• Enable automated data flow about customer segments and process these data further

• Creating dashboards based on data and KPIs
• Support in Salesforce Marketing Cloud-related projects including its strategic setup, data analysis and its benchmarking
• Collaborate with a global marketing team and agency partners to organize and extend upgraded digital campaigns

Requirements

Bring with you:

• Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Digitally native communications professional with minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Have:

• Strong analytical and communication skills with a KPI-driven mindset
• Fluent English and German language skills
