Job Characteristics
- Activities relating to the turboprop engine fleet management (safety, reliability, operational, maintenance)
- Daily communication between departments Service, Engineering, Quality and Sourcing
- Customer communication
- Establishing large field programs (planning resources, costs and material, getting PCB approval, execution tracking and reporting)
- Technical expertise and reporting to senior management team (SPMT)
Responsibilities and Competencies
- Lead engine fleet related activities such as implementing ADs (Airworthiness Directives), SBs (Service Bulletins)
- Monitoring KPIs (Key Product Indicators) from the operation and ensure its reporting to Engineering and SPMT team
- Create customer communication documentation like Customer letters, AOW (All Operators Wires)
- Create EIS (Entry In Service) strategy for safety and reliability related field programs to meet internal compliance (e.g. retrofit with the new type of line replaceable unit or engine component)
- Reporting to senior management (technical / commercial presentations)
Requirements
- At least bachelor degree from technical university (Aviation, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, ...) or relevant experience on similar position
- Turboprop engine system basic technical knowledge
- Customer communication experience
- Senior management team communication experience
