Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Strategize and lead the Data management and Quality assurance teams for MRO network to provide key outcomes to businesses.
- Be a key leader in MRO-Projects organization.
- Partner with MRO-Products organization to ensure appropriate data management, migration standard work and roadmap is created and implemented.
- Partner with all leaders in the MRO organization to create a robust Quality assurance strategy and framework is created and executed.
- Practice the leadership behaviors per GE culture guidelines.
- Align with the deployment playbook and create a plan for continuous improvement.
- Recruit, develop, and retain key talent with technical & process domain expertise. Invest in people and grow careers.
- Be a lean practitioner, identify improvement opportunities and create an execution plan.
- Partner with other teams in MRO teams to create a collaborative platform for addressing the cross functional issues.
- Support the broader objectives of MRO DT by aligning the product roadmap
- Manage finances of the streams including operational costs & opportunities of investment based on the future strategy.
- Manages risk and dependencies between organizations.
- Defines and implement processes for coordination and communication between organizations and with GE stakeholders
- Works closely with program teams to ensure that program deliverables are coordinated with corresponding deliverables from other organizations
- Establishes governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.
- Tracks and monitors program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.
- Leads cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments
- Ensures ongoing communication of progress against program objectives
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues and makes recommendations for improvements to existing processes
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university (or Associates degree with minimum of 9 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 11 years of professional experience)
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience

- Maintains excitement for a process and drives to new directions of meeting the goal in the face of unfavorable odds and setbacks
