Tasks

Lufthansa Technik Sofia is looking for Team Leader Business Controlling for its Central Financial Services organization. We are looking for solution-focused leader who will enhance trustful and positive atmosphere in our controlling team and support the colleagues to achieve LTSF objectives.

Functional team leader

• Lead the Central Controlling team, which is part of Central Financial Services organization in Sofia
• Be responsible for coordination and steering of the month end closing tasks and forecast evaluation of the company in coordination with different stakeholders and network controlling
• Boost synergies between different units, identify benchmarks, derive and suggest improvement measures
• Develop and implement controlling systems
• Ensure smooth and transparent information flow between our customers and all internal Lufthansa Technik roles
• Participate in the evaluation of possible investment projects and reorganization

• University degree in the field of Finance and Controlling or significant relevant job experience
• Leadership skills and experience, including relevant social competences
