SAP Operations Specialist - Here, at Lufthansa Technik Sofia we will provide you with:

Once you join our team as SAP Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for resolving all customer raised ERP related incidents and service requests
- Provide local support for SAP operations and act as a liaison to Central SAP team and respective service providers
- Open an Incident record for each Incident to record and track all relevant information, as well as provide a complete history of events and activities throughout the incident lifecycle in a central ticketing system
- Take ownership of any assigned service requests, update the ticket and begin investigation; comply with the ITIL & ITSM standards by observing the Incident lifecycle process and contribute in achieving the customer specific SLA metrics
- Take part in project implementation in Sofia and other locations in LHT network

Requirements
To be successful in the role you need:
- Experience in supporting SAP as 1st level support
- Experience in end user support; logging, tracking and supporting tickets resolution
- Excellent communication skills (virtual team environment)
- Excellent English language skills both verbal and written
- Strong customer orientation
- Team player
- Quick learner
- IT background - knowledge of technologies like Windows, Java preferable
- ITIL (v3) skills preferable
- Aviation industry experiences or knowledge preferable
