Pricing and Steering Analyst (m/f/diverse) - within Revenue Management

In this key role, you are responsible for the revenue generated in Austria for the LHG Hub Airlines. As part of our dynamic team, you maximize revenues by taking into account willingness to pay, opportunity and displacement costs.
- Development of pricing strategies and Origin & Destination steering for your market portfolio for the Lufthansa Group Airlines
- Identify the different customer segments based on their observable characteristics, estimate their price elasticity of demand, and consequently price the offer and steer the availability to target them
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of market and revenue trends and proactive initiation of corrective measures
- Initiation and implementation of internal and cross-divisional projects
- Development of revenue management methods, tools, processes, price concepts for revenue maximization
- Elaboration of analyses and presentations for management decisions

Requirements
- Degree in economics or comparable fields of study
- 2-3 years professional experience in a commercial environment
- Project Management experience is an advantage
- Very high analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of flexibility, organizational talent, entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking, precise presentation of complex issues
- Proven IT literacy (esp. MS Excel & Power Point), data analytics with R and Python is an asset
- Self-organized work attitude and excellent time management skills
- Fluent in English, German is an asset
- Unrestricted work permit for Austria
