In addition to reporting, documenting, and correcting faults, your duties include planning and implementing quality assurance measures for the systems and software products.
- IT interface management & ensuring error-free system operation
- User training and education
- Conception and execution of system tests
- Collaboration in the further development, planning, realization and introduction of relevant IT systems
- Analyzing, harmonizing and integrating technical concepts
- Developing studies as a basis for evaluating the use of standard software
- Advising and supporting the specialist departments in questions related to applications and systems
- Collaboration in the development of concepts, implementation and monitoring of relevant tools and enhancements
- Quality control and guidance of ext. service providers
- Management or collaboration in projects within the scope of the assigned area of responsibility, also at the international locations

Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science (focus on business information systems), economics (focus on computer science) or academically comparable
- Knowledge of workplace-related IT application and control software
- Knowledge of support and operation of IT applications in the respective area of responsibility
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Planning and coordination skills as well as analytical thinking, affinity for numbers
- Commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel, intercultural competence
- Quick understanding of complex issues
- Negotiating skills, confident appearance and good expressiveness
- Strong team player with good communication skills, enthusiasm for international and intercultural projects
