Tasks

Providing tool engineering services that support the needs of the Tooling and equipment and the Production department. Responsible for provisioning of tooling and equipment for purchasing or loaning from the Lufthansa network, OEMs, other manufacturers and other MROs.

• Project preparation
• Procuring Tools - Tool Loans, Tool Purchasing
• Planned Maintenance Control and Monitoring
• Dynamic planning
• Calibration Support as required
• Cost control
• Check and provide loan tools availabilities for third parties
• Continuous improvement implementation ideas
• Line Maintenance support for locations Sofia, Varna, Burgas
• Classification of Goods (Tooling & Equipment) with regard to the U.S. EAR, (U.S. ITAR) and EU Regulations
