- Administer and support various IT hardware used in Technics, e.g. smart phones, tablets, RFID scanners
- Collaborate with end users, SWISS IT and suppliers in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues
- Test and perform updates on mobile devices
- Handle user-tickets in OTRS and provide feedback to end users
- Analyze business requirements and write specifications for new hardware
- Roll out new functions including testing, configuration and documentation
- Shape the Technics application landscape by participating in digitalization projects and supporting the implementation of new tools and processes
- Identify application and hardware usability shortcomings and initiate improvements and/or trainings

Requirements
- Degree in IT or similar field or proven work experience
- Experience with Microsoft and Apple hardware and operating systems within a networked environment
- Proficient in use of MS Office applications
- Rapid acquaintance with complicated IT system landscapes
- Good knowledge of economics and business administration
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills and technical aptitude
- Aviation experience and maintenance know-how advantageous
- Eager to learn and acquire a detailed understanding of SWISS Technics processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills adapted to target audience
- Fluent in both English and German
- Driver's License mandatory
